I’ll lead with some exciting news, I am taking part in a Halloween themed short story giveaway with several other authors over at prolific works. There’s also an associated author group trick or treat pop in going on, so different authors will be popping by my Facebook group.
Next week is going to be big for the Hauntastic Haunts series.
The first short story, Drew’s Haunted Hangout, is now available to my newsletter subscribers.
The first novel in the series, Dan’s Hauntastic Haunts Investigates: Goodman Dairy, is available for pre-order and releases on the 22nd.
And the second short story, Rafael’s Haunted Halloween is going to be available as part the Halloween short story giveaway going live this weekend through the end of the month.
So that’s a lot of new releases in a short span. Plus, Bold Move is now available through KU since it is no longer on offer through my newsletter.
I am at the proofreading stage at this point on both unreleased Hauntastic Haunts stories. Should have that completed in the next 48 hours.
Once everything is formatted I will be giving away a few ARC copies of the novel, so if you are reading this before October 22nd feel free to reach out to me via the contact form on this site to request a copy.
And for fun, here is the cover and blurb for Rafael’s Haunted Halloween.
Love finds a way—even if man’s best friend has to reach across the veil to make it happen.
Semi-retired, Rafael’s life is in a rut after the recent loss of his beloved canine companion, Marlowe. He fills his time with hobbies, but that isn’t enough to give his life purpose. The longer Raf hides from the world, the less he feels able to step out of his comfort zone to pursue what his dearest desire. A chance at a relationship with his attractive new neighbor.
As a recently divorced father of one, Noah is ready for a new relationship. He’s had his eye on his silver fox of a next-door neighbor through months of casual flirtation. If only Raf would give him an opening, he’s sure of the chemistry between them.
Halloween evening affords Noah the perfect opportunity to get past Raf’s guard. But it might take Marlowe’s help to get Raf to let go of his insecurities and give love a chance.
